Most website downtime is caused by issues at the application level. Even a minor error in the .htaccess file can bring your site down. Using untested plugins or themes, or making manual code alterations, can lead to issues. While ServerKade cannot prevent these issues from occurring, we provide paid support to assist in resolving such issues.
If your WordPress site experiences application-level downtime or issues, you can request support from the ServerKade team. At a cost of $10 per incident, our technical experts can troubleshoot your site for you. This support option designed for non-technical users who may not understand logs and site-level code.
Application-level support is currently available only for WordPress applications.
To request application-level support, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to your Application Dashboard, then click Troubleshoot.
Step 2: On the Troubleshoot page, provide the details of the issue you’re experiencing in your WordPress application, then click Pay Now & Create a Ticket.
